This project was included in the Publication "Documents of Suspicious Non-Events", 2008. The locations from "System for Searching" were found in close proximity to each other, primarily in the Northeastern part of Berlin, Germany. Google Map was used to search this area, looking for indications or suggestions of something beneath the surface. Once a site was found the spot was excavated. The system was generally unsuccessful, in terms of finding anything. As well, the spots were difficult to locate. The process was an exercise in absurd logic.

Documents of Climbing, 2008 >more>
Documents of Climbing was the first of the "Suspicious Non-Events Projects" to be executed. Excepting a few, all the photos were taken in Berlin, Germany. The series is not organized chronologically, rather it is ordered intuitively. Each individual photo was taken after a task was accomplished: confronting, climbing and dismounting. If the task was un-accomplished then logically there is no photograph to represent that task.
